Alecia M. Heh, Wayne A. Foster

Kim and Sharon Foster, Carthage, announce the engagement of their son, Wayne Allen Foster, Cohoes, to Alecia Marie Heh, Cohoes.

Miss Heh, daughter of Raymond and Michelle Heh, Bouckville, graduated in 2003 from Morrisville-Eaton Central School, Morrisville, and in 2009 from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where she received a doctorate degree in pharmacy. She is completing a one year post-graduate practice residency at Albany Medical Center.

Mr. Foster graduated in 2002 from Carthage Central School and in 2005 from Morrisville State College, where he received an associate's degree in diesel technology. He is employed by Kingsley Arms, Schaghticoke.

A Oct. 2 wedding is planned.
