MALONE — Trent Durocher and Colby Young each scored three goals to lead the Canton hockey team to a 7-0 victory over Malone (2-14 overall, 0-10 league) in a Northern Athletic Conference intradivision game Saturday.
Matt Flynn added one goal and three assists for Canton (11-5-2, 6-2-1). Dakota Sharpe and Kolby Weaver combined to make six saves for the shutout.

Adam Titanic's second goal proved to be the game-winner as Sweet Home won the Thousand Islands tournament over the Vikings in Clayton.
Matt Beaudeaut and Ryan Kaufman also scored for Sweet Home.
Nate Kemp and Cory Hubbard each scored for Thousand Islands (4-14).
BOYS BASKETBALL
MALONE 67, BRUSHTON-MOIRA 69
Austin Dunlavey scored 19 points to lead the Huskies (8-8) past the Panthers in a nonleague game in Malone. Josh Gibson scored 11 and Jake Gravel tossed in 10 for Malone. Josh Sevey led the Panthers (9-7) with 24 points.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
MALONE 52, NORWOOD-NORFOLK 20
Brittany Marshall scored 10 points, grabbed seven rebounds, passed for six assists and made four steals to lead the Huskies past the Flyers (1-11) in a nonleague game in Malone. Kelsey Johnson added 10 points with six rebounds for Malone (11-2).
WRESTLING
SANDY CREEK WINS AGAIN
Derek Pfluger and Sandy Creek won their fourth consecutive Class D wrestling title at South Lewis.
The Comets paced the 13-team field with 208 points, including wins by Jake Benedict (96 pounds), Matt Shirley (125), Pfluger (135), Chris Shirley (140) and Jared Soule (145). Matt Shirley earned Most Oustanding Player accolades.
Cato-Meridian came in second at 176.5 points, and Beaver River (172.5) finished third. Copenhagen finished fifth, while South Lewis took 11th place.
Copenhagen's Ryan Snyder, Phillip Clarke and Dylan Eddy all had individual wins. Cody Keefer picked up the only individual win from Beaver River.
