■ GOUVERNEUR — The village will have a budget workshop at 9 a.m. Thursday in the municipal building. Residents are welcome, but there will be no public participation.

■ CANTON — The St. Lawrence County Legislature's Services and Operations committee meetings have been moved from Feb. 15 to Feb. 16 due to Presidents Day. The meetings start at 5 p.m.

■ Davidson Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC of Watertown and Rome has been named the factory-authorized service provider for Saturn vehicles in Northern New York. The decision by General Motors was announced Feb. 1. Saturn of Watertown closed in March.
