The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Kristin V. Smiling, 22, Mannsville, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 9:48 p.m. Friday on Route 11 in the village of Sandy Creek. She allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.25 percent.
State law says a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication, while 0.18 percent is the state threshold for aggravated DWI.
■ Chris D. Virgil-Stone, 21, Adams, was also charged by state police with failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely and driving an unregistered vehicle after he was involved in a one-car accident on Route 178, near Cobbville Road, in the town of Adams.
Police said a passing motorist at 3:30 a.m. noticed Mr. Virgil-Stone's car out in a field and reported it to authorities. He was found unconscious on the vehicle's roof, police said.
Mr. Virgil-Stone was taken by Adams ambulance to Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, for treatment of a head injury. Blood drawn at the hospital will be tested to determine his exact BAC, police said.
■ Charles D. Hansert, 29, of 10414 5th Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI and making an unsafe start at 11:40 p.m. Friday in the 1800 block of State Street.
Mr. Hansert allegedly had a BAC of 0.19 percent.
■ Pierre R. Castellares-Levano, 34, of 10434 5th Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum, was also charged by Watertown police with failure to keep right at 1:56 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Polk Street. He allegedly had a BAC of 0.12 percent.
■ Clifford G. Cole, 42, of County Route 27A, Fine, was charged by state police at 9:45 p.m. Saturday on Route 58 in the town of Fine. Police said he was pulled over for not having a taillight. His BAC was not available.
■ William C. Rowland, 43, Lacona, was charged by state police at 1:39 a.m. Saturday on County Route 15 in the town of Sandy Creek. He allegedly refused to submit to a Breathalyzer test.
