Canton woman facing 3 drug charges

MASSENA — State police charged a Canton woman with having prescription drugs after a traffic stop.

State police arrested Leona M. Schwartfigure, 37, of 6 Railroad Ave., at 10:40 p.m. Friday on West Hatfield Street. She was charged with having a controlled substance in a non-original container, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Passenger Jeffrey A. Dihrberg, 18, of Route 11, Canton, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
