Ralph G. White

Ralph G. White, 90, of 336 W. Main St., Watertown, died March 7, 2010 at the Samaritan Medical Center.

Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home. There will be no calling hours or funeral service. Burial will take place in the Brookside Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Mr. White served in the US Army during WW II, he was a maintenance man at Sears, in Watertown, for several years, and he retired after 20 years of being an apartment manager, in Syracuse.

He married Shirley Wells, of Watertown, on October 12, 1991. Shirley worked at Mercy of NNY for 25 years in housekeeping.

Mr. White was a member of the Black River American Legion, enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Among his survivors are his wife Shirley J.; a stepson, Raymond Roshia Jr.; a daughter in law, Patricia J. Roshia, all of Watertown; a stepdaughter and son in law, Sherry and Kenneth Bullock, FL; a sister in law, Liz White; a cousin, Roberta Lucius, both of Syracuse; 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, several nieces , nephews, and cousins.

A brother, Robert White died before him.
