Chester S. Dywan

MASSENA — Chester S. Dywan, 83, of 101 Jefferson Ave., died Sunday morning at his home.
Among his survivors is his wife of nearly 54 years, June. Mr. Dywan was a retired shift superintendent at the St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corp.
Arrangements are incomplete with Phillips Memorial Home.
