Make and Take Gourmet closed doors on Monday
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10, 2010
Make and Take Gourmet, 1222 Arsenal St., closed Monday. Alan W. and Jennifer L. Vail opened the kitchen, where customers made meals to freeze and cook at home later, in June 2008.
Mr. Vail said the economy and their other full-time jobs were the reasons for their decision.
The couple is optimistic the business in Stateway Plaza will reopen because they have someone interested in buying it.
