The following face charges relating to alcohol and other offenses:

■ Joseph C. Marriott, 45, of 90 E. Hatfield St., Massena, was charged with driving while intoxicated Monday night after state police found him driving an all-terrain vehicle along Route 11 in the town of Stockholm.

He also was charged with illegally operating an ATV on a public highway. State police said his blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication.

■ Nancy I. Berrus, 20, of 4108 Carlowden Road, Carthage, was charged by state park police with snowmobiling while intoxicated and failure to stop at a highway intersection at 9:35 p.m. Saturday at Olin and Pitcher roads in the town of Montague.

Troopers said she tested at 0.20 percent BAC, which under traffic law would constitute aggravated driving while intoxicated. The statute involving breath test results exceeding 0.18 percent does not extend to parks and recreation law, under which she is cited, troopers said.
