Time to move on ground zero projects

Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y., speaking to construction workers and elected officials at the World Trade Center site Tuesday. Work has begun on a memorial and transit facility, the Associated Press notes, but financing issues have stalled the building of other planned towers.
