Staci A. Vaughn, Jarrod M. Radley

ROSIERE — Staci A. Vaughn, Cape Vincent, was married to Jarrod M. Radley, also of Cape Vincent, at 1 p.m. Aug. 22 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with Robert Ruddy, deacon, officiating.

Michelle Strader was maid of honor. Jennifer and Julia Radley, sisters of the groom, were bridesmaids.

John Mason was best man. Groomsmen were Travis Dodge and Mark Vaughn Jr., brother of the bride.

A reception was held at Brandy Rock Farms, Cape Vincent.

Mrs. Vaughn-Radley is the daughter of Darlene A. Vaughn, Cape Vincent, and Mark E. Vaughn, Chaumont. She received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Cazenovia College and a master's degree and certificate of advanced study in school psychology from the University at Albany and a certificate of advanced study in educational leadership from St. Lawrence University, Canton. She is a school psychologist at St. Lawrence-Lewis Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Canton.

Mr. Radley is the son of Jolene and Jarvis Radley, Cape Vincent. He received an associate's degree in civil engineering technology from SUNY Canton. He is employed by the state Department of Transportation as a senior engineering technician.
