Former Times reporter takes SUNY Potsdam job

POTSDAM — Alexandra M. Jacobs has been hired as the SUNY Potsdam college and government relations associate, replacing Deirdre L. Kelly. Ms. Jacobs was previously a reporter with the Watertown Daily Times.
