Canandaigua native Brandon Potter, who guided the Watertown Wizards to a 15-24 record last summer, will return this season to manage the New York Collegiate Baseball League club, the Wizards announced Thursday.
Potter, who this spring is serving as the St. John Fisher College's interim head coach, will be spending his third summer in Watertown. He was the team's pitching coach in 2008.
The Wizards open the 2010 campaign on June 4 at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds against the Oneonta Outlaws.
