Change light by school

There needs to be a change in the traffic light at Washington Street and Barben Avenue. Currently that is the entrance point for the front of Watertown High School all day and Case Middle School during the morning hours.

There is no left-turn green arrow at that corner and, as I saw a couple of weeks ago, there have been accidents at that corner. With the traffic coming down the hill on Washington Street, it takes some time to be able to even turn into the WHS lot. With the amount of traffic at that corner, with there already being accidents at that corner, there should be a green-arrow turn signal installed there.
