Michelle Eastman, Andrew Rockwood

Michelle Eastman, Oswego, daughter of John and Tammy Eastman, Hannibal, and Andrew Rockwood, also of Oswego, son of Don and Sharon Rockwood, Lowville, announce their engagement.

Miss Eastman is a 2004 graduate of Hannibal High School and a 2008 graduate of SUNY Oswego, where she received a bachelor's degree in public justice. She is employed by Northern Oswego County Ambulance, Pulaski, as a critical care technician.

Mr. Rockwood is a 2003 graduate of Lowville Academy and Central School and a 2007 graduate of SUNY Oswego, where he received a bachelor's degree in history. He is a firefighter and medic for the Oswego Fire Department.

A July 17 wedding is planned at St. Mary's Church, Oswego.
