Howard C. Burns, 65, of Curtis Apartments, died Saturday morning at his home.
Among his survivors is a daughter, Missy Gill and son William McNeely, both of Watertown.
Calling hours are scheduled for Tuesday evening at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
