GOUVERNEUR — Francis M. “Joe” Hoffman, 59, Co. Rt. 24, Gouverneur died Thursday at E.J. Noble Hospital.
Calling hours will be Saturday from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. A Memorial service will be held at the Stepping Stone Ministries, Gouverneur, with Pastor Orville Ecker officiating.
