In regard to the Senate Health care bill:

Why does it say on page 30, that a government committee will decide which treatments and benefits a person will ultimately receive?

Will the government really deduct the cost of the insurance electronically from our bank accounts?

Can you explain just how health care will be rationed as stated on page 85 of the bill?

Why does it say on page 124 of the bill that no one can sue the government for price fixing unless that is what you are planning to do?

Why do union members get a discount on their health insurance and no one else, as stated on page 65?

Why does it say on page 195 that all employees of the health care program will have access to all financial and personal records of Americans on the plan?

Which physician services to Medicaid seniors are you going to cut, as stated on page 239?

Which particular cancers are you going to ration treatment on, as stated on page 272?

Why does the government need to have the authority to disqualify Medicare plans, HMOs, etc., for any reason at any time, as stated on page 341?

How does the government plan on restricting insurance enrollment of special needs people, as stated on page 354?

Why does this bill state the need for end-of-life orders and programs on pages 427 and 429?

Last but not least, Mr. President, you have stated quite literally hundreds of times in the past year, "the American people cannot wait any longer for this bill." If that is true, why will they have to pay for this bill for four years before the so-called benefits begin?
