Dorothy M. Phelps, 90, Gouverneur

GOUVERNEUR — Dorothy Mae Phelps, age 90, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at her home where she was under the loving care of her family and Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley.

Calling hours will be at French Funeral Home, Gouverneur on Saturday, March 20, 2010 from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Her funeral service will be on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Hospice Chaplain, Rob Schirmer, officiating. Burial will follow in the Hailesboro Cemetery.

Donations in Dorothy’s memory may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley or the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital in Montreal.
