Take abortion out of health care legislation

I am now hearing that the argument for health care among many people is, "We need to pass health care in the name of social justice." I heard many people say that they were voting for President Obama "in the name of social justice." Shouldn't social justice be there for everyone?

When I say everyone, I am talking about the born and unborn. All those millions of innocent babies murdered every year through abortion. The first thing President Obama did when he took office was to expand abortion by taking the ban off partial-birth abortion. Now he wants to use our tax dollars to fund abortion.

Let me explain partial-birth abortion. A woman can have an abortion at 20 weeks, in some cases seven and eight months into her pregnancy. If a woman decides at, let's say 20 weeks into her pregnancy, that she no longer wants the baby because it just doesn't fit into her schedule, she can have a partial-birth abortion.

I can't imagine anyone who is for abortion would agree to this procedure. I can't find any medical reason for this procedure being done except for the fact that the mother wants the baby dead.

Now this brings me back to the health care issue. There are at least 12 Democrats who want abortion taken out of the health care reform that the president is trying to ram down our throats. This is the only thing they are asking the president to remove from the health care bill and then they will be on board. He refuses to do this.

Instead he wants the taxpayers to fund abortion. It makes me sick to think that the money my family earns through their hard work will help to murder innocent babies, especially with the partial-birth abortion procedure. If President Obama insists on ramming this health care reform down our throats, please don't force us to pay for this abominable procedure. Remember, "with liberty and justice for all," also means born and unborn.

It's funny how people don't want to hear the truth about this horrible procedure because they just don't want to believe that this is happening. They would rather be in denial.
