Joseph Edward Scee, 65, Watertown, died Friday at Samaritan Medical Center from heart failure.
A memorial service will be held sometime in April at St James Church in Carthage, NY. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to SPCA Jefferson County, 25056 Water Street, Watertown, NY 13601.
Arrangements are with Cleveland Funeral Home, Watertown.
