New York City residents will soon experience an outbreak of public art. About two dozen statues of naked men are to be secured on rooftops and window ledges to look down on the busy streets of midtown Manhattan. One concern about artist Anthony Gormley's exhibit, which formally begins March 26, is that people not in the know will spot a statue and think they are seeing someone about to jump. Police have been alerted to prepare for false alarms and 911 calls, the Wall Street Journal reported.
