The Upstate New York Tea Party will host a candidate forum at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Westside Ball Room, Plattsburgh, with the three potential candidates for the Republican nomination in the 23rd Congressional District.
Franklin County Legislator Paul A. Maroun, Watertown businessman Matthew A. Doheny and Lake Placid accountant Douglas A. Hoffman have agreed to attend, chairman Mark L. Barie said in a statement.
