The Watertown Local Development Corp., also known as Watertown Trust, will hold a special meeting at 8 a.m. Monday for proposed litigation.
Mayor Jeffrey E. Graham, who serves as the board's president, said the meeting relates to the Trust's request for introduction into the state retirement system.
The two employees at the Trust have been enrolled in the system as employees of Jefferson County Industrial Development Agency. That practice was questioned by the state comptroller's office.
The Trust board voted Dec. 15 to ask to enroll in the state retirement system separately.
