Community wind meeting in the Cape

CAPE VINCENT — The community wind group St. Lawrence River Public Power Association will hold a meeting at 1 to 3 p.m. June 5 at the fire hall, Broadway Ave. Loren W. Pruskowski, vice president of Sustainable Energy Development, will talk about the existing grid system and where it could take additional power.

The group is trying to figure out where to put up a meteorological tower. In December, the group talked about the feasibility study that Mr. Pruskowski is conducting.
