Hibachi coming soon

A Japanese hibachi steakhouse and sushi restaurant will open in early August in Watertown.
The former Long John Silver's, 1025 Arsenal St., has gone through a transformation inside and out and will open as 1025 Ruyi. Owner Neil Shi, from Massachusetts, bought the location in February. He said Wednesday afternoon that renovations are nearly complete and the restaurant needs a final inspection before it opens.
