Two added to trail board

SACKETS HARBOR — The Seaway Trail Foundation has added two members to the nine currently on its board.
Rosalind L. Cook, a resource educator with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County, and Patti C. Stephens, a retired Sackets Harbor Central School elementary teacher, were brought on board to help promote the development of educational programming and activities.
