The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Guy P. Nilsson, 44, Tupper Lake, was charged Tuesday with aggravated DWI, drinking alcohol in a vehicle and moving from lane unsafely when he was stopped on Park Street, Tupper Lake village police said. He registered a 0.28 percent blood alcohol content, police said.
A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Tara L. Deshane, 20, of 88 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, was charged by village police following a traffic stop at 2:30 a.m. Sunday on Grove Street in Massena. She also was charged with failure to keep right and an open-container violation. She is accused of having a BAC of 0.08 percent.
■ Ricky J. Brainard, 52, Massena, was charged July 22 by state police with felony aggravated DWI, operating an unregistered vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation and stopping on a highway. His BAC was listed as 0.27 percent. His license had been revoked for a previous DWI conviction, according to troopers.
■ Emily J. Regan, 28, Colton, was charged when she was stopped at 12:53 a.m. Sunday on Pierrepont Avenue for failure to keep right. She had a BAC of 0.16 percent, Potsdam police said.
■ Lindsay R. Ladue, 27, of 259 County Route 43, Massena, also was charged by Massena police with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 9:51 p.m. Saturday on North Main Street, Massena.
■ Kevin J. Phelps, 22, of 17487 Route 11, Lot 50, Watertown, was stopped by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday on Canal Street in Dexter and charged with felony DWI. His BAC was 0.14 percent, police said. He was convicted of DWI in September 2007, police said.
■ Frederick D. Simpson Jr., 37, of 808 Pearl St., was stopped Monday night by Watertown police along the 200 block of Arsenal Street. His BAC was 0.13 percent, police said. He was released from the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, after posting $250 bail.
Charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol:
■ David A. Bogardus, 41, of 6 Pearl St., Canton, also was charged by state police with unlawful possession of marijuana shortly after 6 p.m. July 21 on Irish Settlement Road in the town of Canton.
■ Griffin P. Sovay, 23, Carthage, was stopped by state police at 8:30 p.m. Monday along Route 3 in the town of Diana. His BAC was unavailable.
Charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:
■ Shaun C. Bridge, 32, of 22 Fulton St., Antwerp, was questioned at 8:02 a.m. Monday while in the parking lot of a gas station at 1 Main St., in Philadelphia, because of a civilian complaint. Police said Mr. Bridge had taken pills and smoked marijuana because of a headache prior to hopping into his truck.
■ Kelly G. Beaudin, 42, Canton, also was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana when she was stopped on County Route 35 in the town of Canton, state police said. The alleged drug in her system was unavailable from police.
