Tilted Kilt opening

Tilted Kilt, the Celtic-themed bar and restaurant at 1050 Arsenal St., will open Monday.
A news release from Jody C. Garrett, president of the restaurant, came on Friday afternoon.
The restaurant fills the former home of the Drive Davidson Pre-Owned Auto Center. Crews have been adding 2,830 square feet to the building in addition to redecorating it.
