Clarkson ranked No. 2 in ROTC participation

POTSDAM — Clarkson University's ROTC ranking has gone up one post, to second, according to Washington Monthly's annual rankings. The magazine ranks schools based on the percentage of students enrolled in either Air Force or Army ROTC programs.

More than 100 students participate in Clarkson's ROTC programs, according to a university press release.

It also placed 42nd for faculty receiving significant research awards and 80th among national universities. The magazine ranks 258 universities across the country.
