ALFRED— Alissa Tischler broke a scoreless tie in the 59th minute as the SUNY Potsdam women's soccer team shut out Pitt-Bradford 2-0 on Sunday to complete a weekend sweep at the Alfred University Tournament.
Sophomore goalkeeper Kim Callahan recorded her first career shutout, and junior midfielders Kathleen Frear and Stephanie Simons were named to the all-tournament team.

SUNY Canton (1-2) received goals from Aubrey Parrish, Kristen Morley, Angie Waryasz and Chelsea Allen as it downed Cazenovia on Sunday in the consolation game of the D'Youville College Labor Day Tournament in Buffalo.

Tim Meyer scored the game's only goal as the Monarchs bested the Bears in Wilkes Barre, Pa.
Potsdam (0-2) had two late chances to tie the game. Bobby Kane took a shot that hit the crossbar, then a redirection from a free kick sailed just wide of the net with two minutes left.
SUNY ESF 2, SUNY CANTON 1
Wyatt Jacobi put SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (1-1) ahead in the 73rd minute, and they held on to beat the Roos in the second round of the Daemen College Tournament in Amherst. Chris Cumella scored for SUNY Canton (0-2) on a direct kick.

CLARKSON RALLIES TO WIN
The Golden Knights rallied to take three straight sets from RIT, winning 24-26, 25-27, 25-20, 25-15 and 16-14 in the finals of the Hartwick Invitational in Oneonta.
Sara Artus recorded 13 kills and 12 digs, Megan Mahon added 18 kills and Courtney Haines supplied eight kills for Clarkson (4-0).
Artus and Alison Schroeder were named to the all-tournament team.
