City police charge Philadelphia man with menacing

Watertown police charged a Philadelphia man with second-degree menacing early Tuesday in connection with an alleged knife threat.

Rome L. Johnson, 33, of 610 Philadelphia Court Drive, faces prosecution in City Court on allegations that at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday he displayed a folding pocket knife in front of Brent M. Moglia, 23, at Mr. Moglia's residence, 127 N. Meadow St., and threatened to use it, according to police.
