A consensus builder

I am writing in support of David Button for St. Lawrence County treasurer. I have worked with David on municipal power projects and have found him to be creative in solving problems. He is willing to work across the aisle and to include a wide range of people to build a consensus, recognizing that we all have to work together and find common ground to advance our community. While being good at working with details, David is also good at seeing the overall picture and the long-term consequences of actions.

Being a registered Democrat, I will not be able to participate in the Republican primary Tuesday. I encourage all registered Republicans to vote for David Button.
