A 12-hour English as a Second Language training course will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Sept. 21 and 23. Participants do not have to speak another language to take the course.

Both courses are free and will be held in the third-floor conference room at the KeyBank Building, 200 Washington St. Registration is required. Call the agency at 782-4270 for information.
