Massena Elks will host old-fashioned sock hop

MASSENA — An old-fashioned sock hop will take place Sept. 25 at the Massena Elks Lodge. The cost is $6 per person to benefit the United Methodist Church free community dinners.

Food at old-fashioned prices will be available from 5 to 7 p.m., including Michigan hot dogs, hamburgers, pork barbecue, homemade french fries and macaroni salad with gravy. Dairy Queen will provide root beer floats and milkshakes.

After dinner, until 11 p.m., the band Reflections will play rock 'n' roll.
