Flint named Sunrise male runner of week

CANTON — Freshman Jon Flint of the SUNY Canton men's cross country team is the Sunrise Conference male runner of the week.
Flint, a Queensbury native, finished second out of 91 runners at the SUNYIT Wilcat Invitational on Saturday in Utica.
Flint finished the 6-kilometer meet in 20:18, just 18 seconds behind the overall winner. The Roos placed third in the 12-team field.
