Jane V. Mack


Jane V. Mack, 63, of 142 Mechanic St., Watertown, passed October 23, 2010 at her home.

The funeral service will be 7 p.m. Wed., Oct. 27th at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown. Calling hours will be 5-7 p.m. prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.

A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thurs., Oct. 28th in the Brookside Cemetery.

Born December 18, 1949 in Malone, NY, daughter of Joseph and Eva Shorette Mulverhill, she attended Sackets Harbor High School.

She married Ronald Mack Sr., on August 18, 1966. The couple resided in Black River. The marriage later ended in divorce.

Ms. Mack was a homemaker. She was a member and volunteer at the Jefferson County Association for Mental Illness, a member of the Speaker's Bureau in which she spoke throughout several counties regarding her life story and mental illness, and had her life story published in their news letter twice. She enjoyed cooking, crafts, and spending time with her family.

Among her survivors are two daughters and a son in law, Tina M. and Brian A. Gagnon, Carthage, Laura A. Mack, Felts Mills; two sons and daughter in law, Ronald J. and Dawn M. Mack Jr., Felts Mills, Richard J. and Kerri L. Mack, Black River; 1 brother, John Griffin, Great Bend; three sisters and two brothers in law, Marion Gebo, Rachael and Charles Howard, all of Watertown, Kathy and Brian Hughes, Fairhaven, NY; 11 grandchildren, 2 great grand, several nieces and nephews.

A twin sister, Jean Mulverhill died before her.
