Iberdrola slows on NY project

Iberdrola Renewables held up work on Hardscrabble Wind Farm in the towns of Fairfield and Norway on Friday after problems with the concrete bases emerged. The local newspaper reports that the conrete did not perform under stress tests as well as the developer requires. The 37-turbine project was scheduled for completion in mid-December.
Iberdrola is also developer behind several north country wind power projects.
