The first Clarkson/St. Lawrence alumni game is over and the Saints came away with a 7-3 win.
Paul DiFrancesco led SLU's effort with three goals, which turns out to be the first three goals DiFrancesco has ever scored in Cheel Arena. He said it was also his first win in the building.
Current SLU assistant coach Bob Prier also scored, though his shot went off a Clarkson player's skate, so there was some debate if it should only count as half a goal.
Clarkson received goals from Kent Anderson, Ben Maidment and Scott Ricci.
