Randi L. Skidds, 23, of 1108 S. Water St., was charged Monday at 1:30 p.m. with second-degree harassment. City police said the charge was related to a domestic incident. She was released on her own recognizance.
Stephen J. Wing Jr., 22, of 614 Rensselaer Ave., was arrested Sunday at 3:31 a.m. for first-degree criminal contempt, Ogdensburg police reported, following an incident in the parking lot at the Washington Education Center, 616 Rensselaer Ave. He was released to the supervision of probation.
Nikole M. Parmeter, 35, of 301 Ogden St., was arrested Sunday at 1:35 a.m. on a bench warrant failing to appear to answer charges of resisting arrest, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was also subsequently charged with second-degree harassment, city police said. She was released on her own recognizance.
Bryan A. Skidds, 25, of 219 Denny St., was arrested Saturday at 6:01 p.m. on a warrant for second-degree harassment, according to Ogdensburg police. He was released on his own recognizance.
Robert W. McEathron II, of 1113 Greene St., called city police Saturday at 11:02 a.m. to report that a radar detector was stolen from his unlocked vehicle.
Mark A. Crosby, of 942 Knox St., called Ogdensburg police Saturday at 8:32 a.m. to report that a cellular telephone was stole from his unlocked vehicle.
Seadon L. White, 22, of 937 Ford St., was arrested Friday at 9:18 p.m. and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing. City police said the charge was related to a domestic incident. He was released to the supervision of probation.
Clark J. Zanker, 20, of 728 Franklin St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday at 9:05 p.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed for inadequate headlights. He was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear to answer a charge of underage possession of an alcoholic beverage, Ogdensburg police said. He was released after posting $75 bail and is due to appear in city court on Feb. 3.
