Mayor Jeffrey Graham, Rep. William L. Owens and others are taking part in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the refurbished Franklin Building, 50 Public Square. The ceremony will start at noon and tours of the building will take place until 3 p.m.

State politics:

I'll have a coupla things for ya... Including the top St. Lawrence County Dem and what he has to say about Sen. Patty Ritchie.
