The House and Senate begin a week-long home work period and return to session the week of March 28. Rep. Bill Owens' staff will be in Oswego and Lewis counties; the man himself will hold a town hall event on March 26 at SUNY Potsdam.

I have Syracuse over Kansas in my March Madness bracket. Yes, I'm aware that it's never going to happen. But if it does, I'll not only be richer, my favorite team will win.
