Massena mayor gets new gig: TV show host

Massena Mayor Jim Hidy will host a twice-monthly cable show to "discuss the vital issues facing his administration and our community," according to a news release from WNTS.

WNTS is channel 1501 in Massena, Potsdam, Canton and Gouverneur, according to the news release.

The show will be broadcast at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays. The news release doesn't specify whether that's every Wednesday and Friday, which would entail lots of reruns, or particular Wednesdays and Fridays.

Nor does it state when the first show is.

The show, by the way, is called "Minutes with the Mayor."
