Watertown City School District

The Board of Education will adopt the 2011-12 budget in a special meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the district office.

Gouverneur (town)

The town council will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. at the town hall to discuss community development needs and consider an application for Community Development Block Grant funding. The town is planning a joint application with the village for improvements in the water distribution system with emphasis on Edward John Noble Hospital, the Kinney Drugs warehouse and on resolving water quality problems in the east side water district.

Gouverneur (village)

The village Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing at 7 p.m. in the municipal building on Family Dollar’s request to construct a building at 345-355 E. Main St.
