SOMEWHERE ON THE THRUWAY — I'm Schenectady-bound.
The Democratic Rural Conference, which was founded by a group of north countryers, is having its spring conference there. Gov. Andrew Cuomo is among the many dignitaries slated to attend.
Should be there within the hour. Only a little bit late, which is good for my standards.
I'll be partially live-blogging and -tweeting the event, depending on the setup they have there.
