Carthage schools

The school district’s budget hearing will take place at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the high school.

Indian River schools

The school district’s budget hearing will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the high school.

Sackets Harbor schools:

The school district’s budget hearing will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the school.

Flower Memorial Library

The Board of Trustees will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday to discuss the repair of the library fountain and library staffing. There will also be updates from two ad hoc committees. One is exploring the issue of whether the board has the authority to determine how to use the money that is appropriated to the library by the city, and the other committee was created to determine whether the trustees can be involved in fundraising for the library.

Sackets Harbor

The village of Sackets Harbor’s Board of Trustees will hold its monthly meeting tonight beginning at 7 p.m.

Watertown

The Watertown City Council will hold its first budget session at 6 p.m. tonight. Council members will discuss the 2011-16 Capital Improvements Program and the multi-year financial plan. They meet in the third-floor council chambers in City Hall.
