Massena
The Massena Town Council will convene at 5:30 p.m. The council is expected to vote on the publication of Massena travel brochures for distribution at interstate rest stops throughout New York.
Brasher Falls
The St. Lawrence Central School District Board of Education will convene at 5 p.m. at the middle school/ high school library to discuss where the board will go now that voters rejected a $19.1 million spending plan that called for a 16.12 percent increase in the tax levy.
Ogdensburg schools
The Ogdenbsurg City School District Board of Education will meet today at 7:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Among the items up for discussion is the finalization of results from Tuesdayıs budget and board of education votes and the setting of their annual organizational meeting.

I'll be in on the Sen. Kirsten E. Gillibrand news conference call to urge improved communication networks for police and fire departments.
