Here's what's happening around the north country.

Feds

he House Financial Services Committee holds an oversight hearing on the Home Investment Partnerships program, used throughout the north country to renovate houses for low income, first-time home buyers.

The House considers resolutions opposing U.S. military action in Libya and invoking the War Powers Act to demand congressional sign-off on the mission.

State politics

We're really getting down to the wire here. An ethics deal is said to be close. They've been saying it for awhile now, though, so take that with a grain of salt.
