Gov. Andrew Cuomo will be in Dexter to hold a bill-signing ceremony. I don't know which bill it is. I hope it's the wine in desserts bill.

So will Sens. Dean Skelos and Tom Libous, the Nos. 1 and 2 in the Senate GOP hierarchy. They're here for a fundraiser at Republican congressional candidate Matt Doheny's home on Caprice Island.
