Graham's barnstorming takes him to Lewis County

A few people in the office got a kick out of this video, courtesy our friends at 7 News.

U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer is in Croghan — 45 minutes from Watertown — and he's greeted by Lewis County's most famous politician. Watertown Mayor Jeff Graham. Mr. Graham is the one in the yellow shirt, who appears about six seconds into the piece.

On his blog, Mr. Graham invites Mr. Schumer to his friend's bar, Wicked Ways. A few grip-and-grins ensue.

It's all part of Mr. Graham's charm offensive as he seeks another term for mayor against Councilman Jeff Smith. Ah, the powers of incumbency.
